Submission error after trying to send a form with media files in draft form

Problem description

There's a submission error after trying to send a form with media files in draft form. It isn't possible to successfully submit the instance but after going back to draft submissions table, there's the submission (you might need to refresh the table to see the submission). After trying to download a file in the submission there's 404 "Could not find the resource you were looking for."

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Upload a form with image and media widgets.
   e.g
   mediafiles.xlsx.txt
2. In Draft section click "Test in browser".
3. In the form attach media files.
4. Click "Send".
