Deprecate
useArtifactBundleoption to prevent passing a no-longer-needed CLI flag and provide a warning, while maintaining backwards compatibility. The
useArtifactBundleoption no longer passes a CLI flag tosentry-clibecause artifact bundles are now the default behavior. This change ensures backwards compatibility by still accepting the option in the API, but it now logs a deprecation warning and prevents the unnecessary flag from being sent, aligning with the CLI's deprecation of--use-artifact-bundle.
