Add support for OpenFeature Android SDK

Problem Statement

We currently have sentry-openfeature which only supports the Server side SDK of OpenFeature. This module should be renamed to sentry-openfeature-server to avoid confusion.

Solution Brainstorm

Implementation should be pretty similar to sentry-openfeature (server side SDK). The new module could be named sentry-openfeature-android.
