Parse memory / GC from AppExitInfo dump

Extract memory usage and GC activity data from the AppExitInfo API to identify memory pressure as a root cause of ANRs. Complement with optional heap dump capture to detect memory leaks that cause excessive garbage collection and trigger main-thread pauses.
