v2: chrome 39 object.assign does not support

Working in chrome 39 with browser.sentry-cdn.com/7.120.3/bundle.es5.js facing object.assign compatibility problem object.assign does not complier to __assign in v7 es5

Same in sentry webpack plugin v2 has object assign problem, can we optimize it ?

Hey @whatwg6 the particular snippet you mentioned is indeed using Object.assign in a version where we didn't drop ES5 support yet. We should fix this on the v2 branch. Moreover, we also need to adjust the current snippet because with the change in #761 we need to emit ES5-compatible code again.
