`@sentry/nestjs` is creating spans for `SentryTracingInterceptor`

The SDK is currently tracing duplicate spans for `SentryTracingInterceptor` (incoming req + outgoing response).

We should look into excluding spans for this interceptor altogether as this only serves as an internal helper and adds noise for the user.
