Map MCP Server notification logging as Sentry logs

`@modelcontextprotocol/sdk` supports [logging](https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/2025-03-26/server/utilities/logging). It would be a great addition to our MCP Server instrumentation to just parse those logs and pipe them to our logs.
