Add TanStack Router integration for `@sentry/vue`

TanStack Router supports vue now: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tanstack/vue-router

The TanStack team reached out and asked if we could create an integration similarly to the one we have for react and solid.

They already have a PR up where they import such an integration (but commented out since it doesn't yet exist): TanStack/router#6111
