This region is not currently available for automatic AWS Lambda layer configuration.

Solution Brainstorm

Add support for this region. The current workaround is to manually configure the SDK.

Thanks for reporting this, I will check with the team and see what I can do.

We'll have to enable this in our AWS account and then it should go out with the release after. We just need to decide which other regions we want to enable.
