Migrate away from Cocoapods

Description

Now that Cocoapods is nearing EOL we must remove it internally

There are many ways we can interop with our objective c bindings such as running cinterop on header files in git sentry-cocoa submodule, using the experimental SPM plugin by JetBrains or maybe even https://spmforkmp.eu/

Note: this issue does not affect public interfaces

Hello,
It’s already possible to use spmforkmp instead of cocoapods, there are no real differences and have the same constraints.
But, I didn’t try the, soon to be, official spm integration.

@frankois944 thanks for the suggestion! I've tried the official beta SPM integration but had no success so far, bunch of errors that I couldn't find ways to work around. I'll try your plugin when I get the chance :)

FYI the KMP library MapLibre for Compose use spmForKMP.

@buenaflor I try on my side to migrate your plugin; I saw this edge case, added the extraOtps parameter and then, the library itself is building.
