Meastro now also supports web https://docs.maestro.dev/platform-support/web-desktop-browser

so we can use one e2e test framework for all supported platforms web, ios and android.

Closing since E2E test workflow has improved drastically and changed a lot since this issue got created. Now it doesn't make sense anymore especially since its description is pretty vauge
