Add output parameter with packages updated and release notes

First, thank you very much for creating this super useful action!!

Maybe I'm biased because I saw first https://github.com/marketplace/actions/swift-package-dependencies-check, but I think it would be super useful being able to get access to updated packages release notes in the PR description. So, before merging, you can check if you really want to merge those package updates or not.

It's a nice to have, but really nice 😉

Hi Carlos, I can only apologise for ignoring this issue for so long - I've not been watching this repository on GitHub and so wasn't notified on new comments. I appreciate the kind words all the same.

The ability to get release notes is something which requires a fair bit of extra logic even in the package provided above (in fact, it's a whole bunch of extra dependencies!). If it supported Xcode projects then I could be tempted to add it but at this time I feel it would add too much to the project to support.

Having said that, I am looking to work on https://renovatebot.com/ which is a fantastic tool much like Dependabot for updating dependencies automatically with far more functionality than this kind of action can supply. As part of that integration I'd love to ensure it has full support for release notes 🙂

I'll keep this issue open as I think it's a super valuable idea, but for this action I think it would be a little too much work at this time. Hope that makes sense!
