Add FAQ section under Solus Organization

Add a Frequently Asked Questions section / page

Some questions that we often / semi-regularly get asked

• Is Solus "rolling release"?
  Not rolling as in "a release every commit
  "Curated rolling release" - updates go to unstable, regular syncs to stable

• Is Solus rebasing on AerynOS?
  It had been mentioned in a previous blog post. Both projects have changed plans slightly.
  Currently, Solus plans on replacing our tooling with AerynOS tooling when it's ready (no ETAs)
  e.g.
  package.yml -> stone.yml
  etc

• How many people are involved?
  See the org page (with link)

This should go under the Solus Organization section from #503
