As reported in #6 (comment),
this extension is not compatible with File Icons for GitHub and GitLab 1.6.0.
On the github page quoted there, either icons or gitd checkboxes appear, but not both.
Is it possible to fix this?
(I've removed File Icons since gitd is so much more useful to me)
