linux/pack.sh: use standard filename format

All other platforms use the package filename format:

  gcm(user)-$RUNTIME-$VERSION.$EXT

But the Linux packages have been set to:

  gcm-$RUNTIME.$VERSION.$EXT

Let's standardise on the `.` separator between runtime and version.
