Feature description

I've noticed that Git-Credential-Manager has support for ARM64 Linux in the codebase, but there isn't a built package for this platform yet. This is causing some issues for us as we are using ARM64 Linux machines and can't fully utilize the Git-Credential-Manager.

Could you please look into building and releasing a package for ARM64 Linux?
