Spam after OAuth App authorization

this is the only authorized OAuth App I have installed after GitHub Android (Owned by github) and Visual Studio Code (Owned by Visual-Studio-Code), so all official apps! regarding this: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/109171#discussioncomment-8544465 this is the only reason i am now receiving spam on my email over github notification system.

i couldn't find any info on your readme, license, security policy, usage, etc.
do you sell any data?
bacause i never accepted to sell my data or anything else and i am living in europe under eu regulations this is not permitted.
