This PR adds metadata and additional files that are needed for a release on flathub.
I have already managed to run Oh My Git! in flatpak locally. This PR is a first step towards a release on flathub.
The description in
org.ohmygit.OhMyGit.metainfo.xmlhas been copied from the website.
