a few people are hoping to use
git2-extto add commit signing support togit-branchless(e.g. arxanas/git-branchless#1538) but itsgit2dep is locked at too old a version. this PR updates itit also updates the
git-fixturedep. the latestgit-fixturerelease is locked to the same version asgit2-ext, but the main branch has already been updated to 0.20.0 and it just needs a release. if a new release is pushed forgit-fixturei will update this PR to use it instead of a github link
