Hi,
Since some time I face an issue when getting some PR metrics.
Here the error:

An error occurred processing review comments. Perhaps the review contains a ghost user. 'NoneType' object is not subscriptable

This may be another case where a ghost user (a user that has been removed) is the repo owner or pr author and we crash. We should be able to catch this error, log it, and proceed.
