Describe the bug
Receiving error:
Could not extract deployment name from the Azure endpoint URL. Please ensure it follows the format https://.openai.azure.com/
When trying to input the Azure OpenAI deployment endpoint url.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the model selection context menu in the extension sidebar:
   
2. Select Manage Models
3. In the popup window select Azure as the provider:
   
4. Enter a custom model ID:
   
5. Enter the Azure OpenAI deployment endpoint url"
   
6. See Error:
   

Expected behavior

• Custom model setup continues
