Dark/light mode testing would be great

It still isn't easy in most tools to test a page in both dark and light mode, let alone find a solution that will fix it for both.

This would be a useful additional feature.

Looking at this along with #107 as I think it would make the most sense to have these types of configurations be set the same way (along with recommendations/ideas for running via matrix or otherwise) /cc @JoyceZhu

We merged in the ability to do this via an input variable, so once we cut a new release (give it another week or two, the team is currently having an in-person meetup) you should be able to do this!
