The fix releases 4.2.13 and 4.1.133 were both released on the same day (05th May 2026). The release notes for both address this CVE: https://github.com/netty/netty/releases/tag/netty-4.1.133.Final
Additionally the package (io.netty:netty-codec-http3) and therefore the code is not even available in the 4.1 release line.
