Additional notes for reviewers

UI theme designer is SAPs tool to apply corporate branding to all kinds of business applications (see What is UI Theme Designer). It is related to UI5 (UI5 plugins already added to awesome-copilot: is:issue is:closed UI5) in that UI5 is one of the UI technologies where UI theme designer can apply corporate branding, but there are also others. Hence the separate plugin.
