Enhance README

Besides the PR #640 , the rest of the readme, and especially the section "How to Use" is confusing.

How does one uses the MCP Server to install awesome-copilot artifacts (prompts, instructions, agents, collections, etc) is what I believe the README should cover.

Waiting for doc updates, for now, I am reading these errors and fix them by understanding source code.

I've prepared a PR that addresses this issue with comprehensive README enhancements. The changes include:

• Clear explanation of the MCP Server and its role in awesome-copilot
• Step-by-step setup instructions (both quick-start and manual)
• Reorganized "How to Use" section with detailed examples for each artifact type (Prompts, Instructions, Agents, Collections)
• Added Kubernetes as a documented requirement

The PR is ready and will automatically close this issue when merged. Looking forward to your feedback!
