No models in model selector

Describe the bug

I went to use Copilot CLI, and I am seeing no models in the model selector. Instead I see this:

I had plenty of models in the model selector last night.

Affected version

0.0.366

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I tried running a command and saw the above error. So I looked at /model and the list is empty.

Expected behavior

/model should have models in the list.

Note: I tried updating to the latest version of Copilot CLI (0.0.384), and now I am seeing "Error loading model list: Error: Failed to list models: 403".

Are any of the models "Enabled" in your GitHub Copilot Settings?

I encounter the same with 0.0.385, Fedora Linux, copilot pro +, models enabled in the github settings.

I have version v0.0.389, MacOS with Copilot and models enabled and also see 403 when trying to use the /models command.
Execution failed: Error: Failed to list models: 403

EDIT: Copilot CLI was not enabled in the organization settings, which seems to be a new setting. I enabled it and now the models do show up in Copilot CLI!

I got the same issue with v0.0.396. While in the meantime I can pick all my enabled models in Copilot in VS Code just fine. So yes, they are enabled in one of my organizations I am a member of. And I am logged in with the same account in both the CLI and Copilot in VS Code.

I share a similar experience; the development team appears unable to replicate the issue within their environment. I have transitioned to OpenCode and anticipate further maturation of this particular software.

I'm using v0.0.400, and I'm getting "Error: Failed to list models: 403".

Copilot CLI is definitely enabled, as well as some of the models.

Having the same issue. I'm quite sure the models and the cli are enabled. Using business seat.
