Support for More Models in ACP(Agent Client Protocol) mode

Add support for more models such as GPT-5-mini, gemini-3-pro-preview etc.

Proposed solution

Currently, it seems that the ACP mode of copilot ONLY supports the Claude Sonnet 4.5 (default), Claude Sonnet 4, GPT-5 even though the copilot-cli actually supports more. In theory, this will not be a hard feature to implement.

Hi @tempdragon thanks for raising. In the latest release all of the models available in the Copilot CLI should be available via ACP as well.
