Describe the bug

While using CODEX 5.2 on High for editing HTML pages. I often come across the below error -- it varies a lot from file to file. the model later on corrects itself. Not sure if this is copilot specific or model specific.

This is intermittent and i think a function of the model itslef and not so much the copilot CLI
