Cannot paste image from screenshot tools into CLI terminal

Describe the bug

I am not able to use the advertised paste screenshot in my setup. I'm on Windows, using Powershell as my shell in Windows Terminal. When I paste from a clipboard from things coming from SnagIt or Snipping Tool, nothing happens...no feedback, nada.

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.400

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create screenshot using SnagIt or Snipping Tool on Windows
2. Copy to clipboard
3. Go to CLI instance and paste

Expected behavior

Pasted image reference

Same happening on Ubuntu with Sway (Wayland, so I assume "wl-clipboard").

Try alt+v... idk why they changed it, ctrl+v was working perfectly but after recent updates it changed to alt+v for me. I use copilot in WSL and pwsh inside vscode

why did this happened, it work before, idk, I think its worked on before version 0.40, it stopped not working after this version, I'm on debian, this make me using vscode instead of usually copilot cli

On Windows, I can paste image with alt+v. On remote ubuntu, nothing worked.

Ah, that makes sense due to different path format of windows vs Linux.
