Copilot-cli hang on /init

After typing /init, copilot-cli hangs, and cannot be exited from.

1. Accept the directory

3. Hang

OK, after digging into this, copilot-cli was calling a bunch of git operations on the .git directory that was not in the current folder. The calls I could see were to hash-object. Copying the folder I was analysing outside of the git directory seems to have worked around the immediate issue.

This has been fixed in v0.0.422. The CLI no longer hangs when working in a directory with a large number of files - the snapshot creation that was spawning excessive git operations has been addressed. If you're still experiencing this on a current version, feel free to reopen.
