"No files in workspace yet." when `/session files`

Describe the bug

I ran the session for a while and CLI agent has created many files in the session folder. But when using /session files to attempt to review the created files, it shows "No files in workspace yet."

Affected version

v0.0.407

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Run CLI and have files created in ~/.copilot/session-state/{id} folder
2. Run /session files
3. See ● No files in workspace yet.

Expected behavior

No response
