CLI does not handle suspension well on Linux

Describe the bug

When suspended on Linux using Ctrl + Z, the CLI does not foreground again with fg unless you resize the terminal and cause a repaint.

This occurs in Conduit and VS Code terminals.

This should be resolved as of v1.0.11. The terminal now redraws correctly after suspending with Ctrl+Z and resuming with fg on Linux. If you believe this isn't resolved, please feel free to reopen this issue.
