It randomly happen when LLM think or doing something.

After LLM finished. The screen going stable.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.415.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Run pwsh
2. Ask some question which LLM think or using tool.
3. It happened.

Expected behavior

The Screen do not flash.
