Paste (Ctrl+V) does not work on Windows

Describe the bug

Tested in Powershell 5.1 and Powershell 7.

Ctrl+V does not paste the text from the clipboard. RMB doesn't work as well (yesterday it did not work at all, but now RMB just pastes some gibberish see pic. 1)

The only way to paste the text is to use (icon)->Edit->Paste:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Copy some text, e.g. "Text".
2. Open copilot on Windows in Powershell.
3. Press Ctrl+V.

Expected behavior

"Text" appears in the prompt textbox.

Similar issue as mine, it worked earlier today when I tested it and now I get same:

Update: as of now, paste doesn't add gibberish, and pasting via right mouse button click works (except for ask_user util - still need to use (icon)->Edit->Paste way), but Ctrl-V doesn't work.
