Description
Describe the bug
I want to effectively Shift-Enter to add a line in my command, eg., to paste in a chunk of code. I've found in the Windows Terminal (Powershell) this just works like Enter. The help says to do Ctrl-X Ctrl-E instead, but that doesn't work in Windows Terminal. It seems that's not a compatible terminal. The only option is to spawn an editor -- but I just want to do Shift-Enter.
Is there some way to work around what presumably is a Windows Terminal quirk so this is enabled?
