Can't create prompt with /// -> invalid command

Describe the bug

Copilot tries to parse copied-in parts of prompts as containing commands -> leads fails on invalid command if prompt (copied or not) contains /// on windows (likely other platforms as well)

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.419-0

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open copilot
2. /// something as prompt, e.g. if you copy xaml comment form C# codebase
3. Copilot complains invalid command :/ (maybe copying should escape?)

This has been fixed in v1.0.5. Inputs starting with /// (like C# XML doc comments) are no longer misinterpreted as slash commands in the interactive prompt. If you're still seeing this on v1.0.5 or later, please feel free to reopen this issue.
