Running agent in main editor pane in VSCode doens't show agent name

Describe the bug

I don't know if this is a VSCode issue or a Copilot CLI issue, when running Copilot and my Squad in the VSCode terminal, I see the agent and model. When I run in the main editor pane, I don't.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot v0.0.420

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open Copilot in editor - Create new terminal in Editor area
2. copilot
3. /agents
4. squad - https://github.com/bradygaster/squad

Expected behavior

Editor Copilot is the same as terminal copilot when both are in VSCode.
