Copy text in VS Code terminal doesn't work.

Describe the bug

On MacOS with running Copilot CLI in VS Code terminal copying text doesn't work. I can highlight it but then if I right-click it my selection (three lines, small text) is lost and only the word I click on is copied.

This makes it difficult to try out the same prompt in a second terminal.
Workaround - make a screenshot. :-)

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.420.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open VS Code terminal
2. Open Github Copilot CLI
3. Type a prompt e.g. "Come on, it's 2026 and copy & paste is broken!?"
4. Paste in another terminal
5. Make sad face

Expected behavior

Copy & paste should work.

This is affecting both VS Code and Insiders to me. I was able to reproduce this including the 5th step for OP 😔
