Ability to disable autopilot mode from Shift+Tab cycle

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

I personally don't like to use auto-pilot, seems risky, so I wan't to remove the feature from shift+tab cycle.

Proposed solution

I'd like to be able to opt out of autopilot mode appearing in the Shift+Tab mode cycle. Currently the cycle goes interactive → plan → autopilot, and there is no way to remove autopilot from it.

Setting experimental: false in config.json does not help — autopilot remains in the cycle regardless.

A config option like "autopilot_mode": false that would limit Shift+Tab to only cycle between interactive and plan modes would be very appreciated.

I saw: #1671, but thought that this feature is not the same. I want the setting to be on the user config basis.

I agree. I like and use autopilot mode, but it's annoying to cycle through because you have to hit escape to skip it due to extra permission prompt. I'd like a config option for Autopilot mode to be enabled by command prompt or when exiting plan mode with an approved plan.
