Description

@tonyfjorden

Describe the bug

Previous version the dialog was there first time i moved to autopilot mode so I could allow all permissions. Now it doesn't show and i have to run /allow-all manually.

Affected version

v0.0.421

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Start the copilot cli and switch to autopilot

Expected behavior

A Enable autopilot dialog

Enable autopilot mode │
│ │
│ Autopilot mode works best with all permissions enabled. Without them, permission requests will be auto-denied and the agent may not complete tasks requiring file edits or shell commands. │
│ │
│ You can also enable permissions later with /allow-all │
│ │
│ ❯ 1. Enable all permissions (recommended) │
│ 2. Continue with limited permissions │
│ 3. Cancel (Esc)
