Colors for Thinking and Tables are Broken

Describe the bug

The latest version (0.0.421) of copilot cli prints the "thinking" information in black, making it impossible to read unless highlighting it. This also happens for table borders.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start github copilot cli in Windows Terminal. (using the Campbell color scheme)
2. Ask copilot to do anything that requires thinking, or creates a table.
3. Observe that the thinking text and table borders are unreadable unless selected with a mouse.

Expected behavior

Thinking and tables are viewable.

I also noticed that the "help text" on the command line is completely illegible if not highlighted:
