Is ~/.agents/skills a supported path ?

The CLI documentation doesn't mention it: https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/how-tos/copilot-cli/customize-copilot/create-skills. Instead, Visual Studio Code Copilot documentation seems to address it: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/copilot/customization/agent-skills.

This should be resolved as of v1.0.11. The ~/.agents/skills/ path is now an officially supported personal skill discovery directory in the CLI, and it appears in the /skills list output. If you believe this isn't resolved, please feel free to reopen this issue.
