After upgrading Copilot CLI 1.0.3, the generated Markdown links are not clickable.

Affected version

V1.0.3

Steps to reproduce the behavior

My actions are clicking the link and Ctrl + click.
If it’s a direct link, it opens correctly, but Markdown-style links don’t work.
I remember that before version v1.0.3, Markdown links were clickable.
