Scroll and selection doesn't work after exiting plan mode after using (ctrl+y) to view/edit the plan

Describe the bug

If we use ctrl+y view/edit plan and exit from the plan (using :wq)
The copilot session scroll and text selection stops working.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.5.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to plan mode.
2. Use ctrl+y to view/edit plan
3. Exit from that mode using :q or :wq
4. Notice scroll and text selection using mouse stops working.

Workaround is to /exit the session and resume again using copilot --resume=

Expected behavior

All mouse operations should work seamlessly.

This has been fixed in v1.0.8. The mouse scroll and text selection after returning from the plan editor (Ctrl+Y) in tmux was corrected - the terminal mode restore sequence was reordered so mouse tracking is re-enabled after the alt screen buffer switch. If you're still experiencing this on a current release, please feel free to reopen this issue.
