Events log not getting updated for a resumed session

Describe the bug

I went to resume a session recently and noticed that it didn't include any of my recent conversations in the history. It did however still seem to know about what we had discussed. I then did some more work and then did /exit and resumed it again. The newer conversation was also not in the history. I checked the events.jsonl for this session and it hasn't been updated since 2/26 even though I worked in this session today.

This has been fixed in v1.0.10. Session events are now properly flushed to disk on exit, so history is preserved when resuming a session. If you're still seeing this on v1.0.10 or later, please feel free to reopen this issue.
