Describe the bug

When scrolling up and down in the command line, the screen flickers and triggers an effect similar to pressing up or down buttons: automatically filling in the previous or next command.

This should be resolved as of v1.0.8, which added support for scroll events in terminals that use normal (X10) mouse encoding rather than SGR encoding. Before that fix, scroll events could be misinterpreted as arrow key presses, causing the history navigation behavior you described. Several additional scroll stability improvements have shipped since then as well. If you're still experiencing this on the latest version, please feel free to reopen this issue.
