I don't think this is a Warp issue. The same problem exists on the base Mac terminal, and Warp could handle multi line just fine a few days ago.

This should be resolved as of v1.0.14. That release fixed shift+enter newline insertion for terminals that support the Kitty keyboard protocol, which includes Warp. Multiline input should work automatically without needing /terminal-setup. If you're still seeing issues, please feel free to reopen.
