Provide an option where the copilot can be configured to raise a beep through the speaker when it requires an input

This is already supported. The CLI has a beep config option, enabled by default, that rings the terminal bell when user attention is required, including confirmation and review prompts, and when the agent finishes. You can disable it by setting beep: false in your config. If this does not cover your case, feel free to reopen the issue.
