In the IDEA CLI, mouse scrolling fails.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

i have produce the video.

Expected behavior

Scroll the command box with the up/down keys, and scroll through the historical conversation with the mouse.

Seeing the same behavior in Neovim's builtin terminal, and tmux copy mode (default <prefix>+[). It seems like scrolling only works with mouse scroll wheel, and does not respect keyboard input.

Yeah this looks like a JetBrains terminal bug. I can reproduce on an old 2023.1 install but not 2025.3, which suggests it was fixed at some point. I recommend upgrading.

Thank you,First, I exported the configuration from my previous IDEA setup. Then, I tried downloading both versions 2025.3 and 2026.1. Without importing the previous configuration, the issue was resolved. However, when I imported the old configuration, the problem could be reproduced—but I’m not sure which specific setting is causing it.
