Plan mode feedback suggest changes typing area limits how fast you can type

Describe the bug

If you try to type at a normal speed in the plan mode feedback option e.g. do something else / suggest something else, it overwrites some characters with other ones that you type so that you either type a garbles mess that isn't what you intended or have to type each individual letter and wait for it to show up until you type another.

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.12

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Shift tab into plan mode, give it feedback when it presents the plan in the type something / feedback option.

Expected behavior

All keystrokes are recorded as normal. Actual: input is garbled and only some characters are kept.

Additional context

I am running on Windows 11 on a devbox, but this is the only place where I see this issue occurring in the copilot cli.

This has been fixed in v1.0.13. The release notes for that version confirm that keystrokes are no longer dropped when typing quickly in elicitation dialogs, which covers the plan mode feedback input. If you still see this on a current version, please feel free to reopen this issue.
